Anna Stepanova

Anna Stepanova is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Global HR Director for Health and Medical at Essity since January 2013. Anna has held multiple leadership roles within Essity, including Acting VP HR Global Operational Services and Global HR Director Health and Medical Solutions. Prior to joining Essity, Anna worked at SCA as HR Director for Region East and Plant HR Manager, and held the position of HR Director at Investgroup Holding Company. Anna's career began as Deputy Director at Demidov’s Style HR agency. Educationally, Anna holds a degree in Management from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation and attended the State Pedagogical University.
