Bart Smulders

Bart Smulders is an experienced leader in production and operations management, currently serving as an RST Process Leader for PM4 at Essity, where they are responsible for daily operations, project guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Bart worked as an RST Leader/Department Manager at Essity, overseeing production planning and team management. They have held various roles in the manufacturing sector, including a Purchasing Manager at Mill Panel B.V. and an Assistant Process Engineer at Modine Manufacturing Company. Bart also gained early experience in hospitality as a Restaurant Manager at Van der Valk Hotel Cuijk and worked in customer service at a Texaco service station during their schooling. Bart has pursued further education in management and production processes, including training at Vapro and MHBO Middle Management.
