David Stephan is an experienced site manager with a strong background in manufacturing excellence and operational management. Currently at Essity since August 2017, David has served in various capacities, including Senior Manufacturing Excellence Manager and Ops Manager for both Papermaking and Converting departments. Prior to joining Essity, David worked at SCA - Hygiene and Forest Products Company from September 2009 to July 2017, where responsibilities included OIM focused on continuous improvement, RST Leadership, and process engineering in TAD paper machine operations and waste paper plant optimization. David holds an engineering degree in Paper from Grenoble INP - UGA and has additional education from Efpg and Lycée Jacque Cœur in Bourges.
