Frederic Virasack

Frederic Virasack is an accomplished HR technology leader with significant experience directing HRIS operations at Essity since February 2011, where responsibilities include managing a large team to align HR priorities with business outcomes, overseeing a multi-million euro investment portfolio in complex HR systems, and spearheading AI initiatives to enhance HR processes and reduce operational costs. Prior to Essity, Frederic served as a Business Unit Delivery Manager for SAP HR at NGA Human Resources, working with notable clients such as Airbus and Exxon Mobil.
