Guus Honig

Guus Honig is an experienced professional currently serving as a Process Technician Leader and Operation Integration Leader at Essity since October 2019, where responsibilities include implementing projects aimed at delivering efficiency and effectiveness. Previously, Guus worked as a Process Engineer focused on improving production processes and as a Graduate Engineer involved in multidisciplinary improvement projects. Earlier experiences include a trainee position at MGG Netherlands and MG Schiefelbusch, where Guus contributed to software system implementation, and an internship at Meldon Plastics, collaborating on the realization of a new production line. Guus also served as a Fill Team Leader at Jumbo Supermarkten, overseeing operations and employee coordination. Educational qualifications include an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences and a minor in Leadership from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
