Johan Koster

Johan Koster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance and project management. Currently serving as the Site Maintenance Leader at Essity since 2018, Johan previously held the position of Maintenance Manager at Huhtamaki from September 2014 to November 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing the maintenance department and asset management. Johan's career began at Hertel BV, working as a Project Manager from August 2007 to August 2014, supervising various projects in scaffolding, insulation, tracing, and coating. Johan earned a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde from NHL Hogeschool and completed an MBO in Werktuigbouwkunde at Friese Poort.
