Katie Brown

Katie Brown has extensive experience in brand management and customer relationship management, currently serving as Brand Activation Manager at Essity since April 2013. In this role, Katie oversees the company's CRM platform, actively training sales representatives, ensuring data integrity, and managing system migrations. Previous positions at Essity include Senior Coordinator of Commercial Operations, where key responsibilities involved executive support and training administration, and Senior Customer Service Representative, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. Prior to Essity, Katie worked as a Certified Classroom Teacher for grades 3-5 at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, participating in various leadership roles and educational initiatives. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned Cum Laude.
