Mathias Hölcke

Mathias Hölcke is the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Essity AB, a position held since 2022. Previously, Mathias served as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Telia from 1997 to 2022, managing a variety of corporate finance projects, including mergers and acquisitions. Before that, Mathias worked as a Manager of Business Development at Sergel Kredittjänster from 1993 to 1997 and completed a Mechanical Engineering internship at CR Bard in 1991. Mathias holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics with a focus on Finance from Stockholm University. Additionally, Mathias studied Mechanical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
