Matthieu Torres

Matthieu Torres has extensive experience in manufacturing and operational excellence, currently serving as the Manufacturing Excellence Director for CT & PH Europe at Essity since March 2009, overseeing safety, quality, and lean manufacturing across 12 sites in Europe and North America with a significant workforce and turnover. Prior roles include Plant Manager for facilities in Hoogezand and Olawa, demonstrating expertise in managing large teams and production processes. Matthieu's career began at Faurecia from June 1998 to February 2009, where various managerial positions were held, including Development Manager and Industrial Engineering Manager. Educational achievements include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers and a period of study at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
