Michael Brucker

Michael Brucker is an accomplished operations and manufacturing professional with extensive experience in the paper industry. Currently serving as Site Manager and Managing Director at Essity since April 2018, Michael has held various leadership positions, including Factory Manager and Operations Manager for Papermaking. Prior to Essity, Michael was the Production Manager at Glatfelter from February 2014 to March 2018 and served in similar roles at DS Smith and Amcor. Michael began a career in manufacturing as Assistant Production Director at PALM PAPER LIMITED and possesses strong educational credentials, including a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from TAFE NSW, and a degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
