Michael Ksionda

Michael Ksionda is an experienced professional in operations management and process engineering, currently serving as a Department Manager and RST Operations Leader at Essity since July 2021. With a strong background in leading teams and managing production operations, Michael oversees safety, budget, and CAPEX while directly managing 49 staff members. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Clearwater Paper Corporation, including Department Manager and Process Engineer, where responsibilities included enhancing process efficiency and quality metrics. Having also worked at SUEZ and previously at several paper production facilities, Michael has a proven track record in implementing safety programs and driving productivity improvements. Michael holds an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
