Pilar Rubio

Pilar Rubio is the VP of Human Resources for Consumer Goods Americas at Essity, where they focus on enhancing employee well-being within a sustainable business model. With over 15 years of experience, Pilar has successfully managed Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and Labor Relations functions. They previously held roles at SCA, including Learning and Development Manager and HR Director for Mexico and Central America. Pilar earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
