Shawn Graham

Shawn Graham, PMP, PE, is the Commercial Development Director for North America at Essity, where they are responsible for transforming sales operations workflows and driving commercial strategies for a $500M healthcare business. Previously, Shawn held several leadership roles, including Senior Director of Sales Operations at Justrite Safety Group and Senior Project Manager at CIRCOR International, where they developed project management frameworks that improved operational performance. Shawn's earlier experience includes positions at AECOM and URS Corporation, focusing on engineering leadership and project execution in the nuclear and industrial sectors. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute, graduated in 2009.
