Silvia Bottini

Silvia Bottini is the DTC Business Manager for Europe at Essity, where they lead the development and execution of the company's DTC strategy across EU markets. Previously, Silvia held multiple roles at L'Oréal, including Ecommerce & Digital Manager, where they managed the brand's online strategy and enhanced customer engagement through various digital initiatives. Silvia began their career as a Digital Training Intern at Inditex, managing the launch of an online training platform. They hold a Master's degree in Corporate Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, both from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, graduating with the highest honors.
