Sofia Glimvall

Sofia Glimvall has extensive experience in food quality and safety, with a career spanning various roles across multiple companies. From June 2020 to June 2021, Sofia served as a Livsmedelsinspektör at Miljöförvaltningen, Göteborgs stad. Following that, Sofia worked at Essity as a Hygiene Advisor and later as a Product Safety Specialist for cosmetics and biocides from June 2021 to February 2024. Prior experience includes positions as Kvalitetsansvarig and Kategorispecialist at Menigo Foodservice AB, Kvalitetskontrollant at Tetra Pak, and Quality Specialist at Almondy AB. Sofia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Food Science from Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet and a Bachelor's degree in Food Management from Lunds universitet. Leadership experience includes serving as Kårordförande for the Vårdvetenskapliga studentkåren at Lund University from July 2007 to July 2008.
