Suzanne Erckens

Suzanne Erckens is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience in both in-house and consulting roles, primarily within the fast-moving consumer goods sector and healthcare. Having worked with renowned companies such as Danone, PepsiCo, and Essity, Suzanne currently serves as the HR Director for Consumer Goods EMEA at Essity, overseeing operations in North and Central Europe. Suzanne holds a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from Utrecht University and has completed additional training in organizational consultancy. Previously, Suzanne has also contributed to leadership development and organizational change at various institutions, including the Diakonessenhuis and SHL Group.
