Thomas Barnard

Thomas Barnard is an experienced professional in the manufacturing industry with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a System Support Specialist at Essity since March 2013, Thomas previously worked as a Process Engineer at Kimberly Clark, where responsibilities included overseeing production efficiency and quality for Kleenex manufacturing lines. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager of Order Execution at NewPage, managing production schedules and ensuring material availability, as well as a position as a Converting Engineer/Scientist at MeadWestvaco, focused on performance improvement in converting processes. Thomas holds a B.S. in Paper/Industrial Chemistry from Western Michigan University and an A.S. in Graphic and Printing Equipment Operator from Alpena Community College.
