Thomas Le Gall has extensive experience in research and development within the sustainability and product development sectors. Currently serving as the Sustainability Manager for Consumer Tissue at Essity since September 2015, Thomas has previously held roles as R&D Manager and Lead Product Developer. Prior experience includes a position as Product Developer at SCA from 2012 to 2015 and R&D Engineer roles at SOPREMA, where product development involved bio-sourced raw materials. Thomas began the career with internships at BASF, Agfa, and SOPREMA, gaining valuable experience in polymer characterization, ink formulation, and project management. Thomas holds a degree in Polymers from ECPM Ecole européenne de chimie polymères et matériaux de Strasbourg, earned in 2009.
