Wayne Dixon

Wayne Dixon possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and production roles, currently serving as a Multi Skilled Machine Technician at Essity since July 2017, where responsibilities include operating in a high-quality paper making environment. Previously, Wayne worked as a Project Manager Team Lead and Machine Technician at LINPAC Packaging from March 2015 to 2017, overseeing the operation of multiple machines and ensuring efficient foam processing for product shaping. Prior to that, Wayne held the position of Zone Leader and Machine Operator at MyFresh from March 2006 to April 2015, managing the High Care department and producing high-quality ready-to-eat salad products. Education includes O levels and CSE's from St Helens College and St Albans.
