Shane Pearse has served as the General Manager of Member & Employer Administration at ESSSuper since 2008, a role in which they continue to excel. Previously, they held the position of Manager of DB Knowledge Management and contributed to the organization from 1999 to 2012. With extensive experience in member and employer administration, Shane has played a significant role in the Emergency Services Superannuation Scheme as well.
