Stuart Wilkinson

Stuart Wilkinson is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in organizational strategy and psychology. Currently serving as the Chief Member Officer at ESSSuper since October 2024, Stuart previously held multiple strategic leadership roles at Hostplus from November 2015 to October 2024, including Group Executive, Strategy & Transformation. Prior experience includes senior consulting positions at Right Lane Consulting Pty Ltd and Towers Watson, as well as managerial roles within the Leighton Group in the Middle East and Asia. Stuart holds a PhD and Masters in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a BBSc (Honours) in Psychology from La Trobe University.
