Walter van der Pennen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Walter began their career with an internship at Philips in 2011. In 2012, they joined RH Marine as a Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Product Manager Hybrid Energy. Walter left RH Marine in 2017 to join EST-Floattech BV as a Business Development Manager. Walter has since been promoted to the position of Commercial Director, a role they currently hold.
Walter van der Pennen attended Utrecht University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Science and Innovation Management. Walter continued their education at the same university from 2009 to 2011 and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Science & Innovation Management.
