Founded in 2014, the Est Institute is a personalized education and professional development organization dedicated to fostering long-term growth through careful thinking, sustained mentorship, and intellectual rigor. What began as a local initiative in Loudoun and Fairfax to help students prepare for the SAT has grown into a trusted nationwide resource empowering hundreds of learners to achieve their goals with confidence. We primarily serve our clients through virtual mentoring, with in-person sessions available upon request.
Our tailored services include:
Academic Tutoring & Test Preparation: Customized coursework guidance specializing in subjects from calculus and essay writing to comprehensive test prep.
College Admissions & Career Guidance: Strategic support for college applications, interviews, and holistic career advancement.
Professional Skill-Building: Coaching and professional assistance approached with honesty and intention.
Arts Education: Specialized instruction tailored to varying skill levels.
The Institute is driven by founder Lauren Est, whose rigorous academic background—a Neuroscience degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University—displays our commitment to helping others successfully navigate their own educational and professional paths.
We strongly believe that academic success should be accessible to all. To support this mission, the Est Institute proudly offers scholarships, grants, and awards to the gifted and talented, alongside pro bono services to military veterans and students in need.
