Jen Consalvo

Jennifer Consalvo is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Established since January 2018, where the focus is on innovation and communication strategies for organizations. Additionally, Jennifer is a Founding Partner and Managing Member at Established Ventures, fostering investments in diverse startups across the U.S. As a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, Jennifer collaborates with a network of investors to support entrepreneurial growth. Jennifer's entrepreneurial journey began with the co-founding and operational leadership of Tech.Co, which connected and educated startup communities globally. Jennifer founded Shiny Heart Ventures, creating an online gratitude journal, and prior to these roles, held various positions at AOL, culminating in a decade-long career that included leading product development teams. Early career experience includes production at Magnet Interactive Services, contributing to pioneering multimedia projects. Jennifer holds an MBA in Marketing from the Kogod School of Business at American University.
