Ross Mansbach

Ross Mansbach joined the company in August 2022 as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He was previously at Avanos Medical, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company, where he held positions including Senior Vice President, Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, between November 2014 and March 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Mansbach held positions of increasing responsibility in the Legal Department at Kimberly-Clark Corporation for more than ten years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mansbach was a partner at the law firm of Powell Goldstein Frazer & Murphy, now known as Bryan Cave. He was also a judicial clerk for a judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Mansbach received his B.A from Yale College and his J.D. from The University of Chicago.
