Andres Kollo has a diverse work experience in the sales and operations field. Andres started their career at Estanc, where they worked as a Project Engineer, handling sales and project management tasks. Andres then progressed to the role of Sales Manager, where they managed a team and focused on driving sales growth. Later, they joined Viafin ProForce as the Chief Operations Officer, overseeing operations for the company. Currently, they are back at Estanc, serving as the Head of Sales, leading a team and responsible for setting and achieving sales goals and strategies. Throughout their career, Andres has demonstrated strong negotiation skills, effective client communication, and the ability to secure deals, contributing to the success of the companies they have worked for.
Andres Kollo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Estonian University of Life Sciences from 2008 to 2011. Andres further pursued their education and completed a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology between 2011 and 2014.
