Sergey Grigorash

Sergey Grigorash has extensive experience in welding engineering and coordination, currently serving as the Lead/Senior Responsible Welding Coordinator at Estanc since October 2012, where responsibilities include coordination and technical support in compliance with various welding codes and standards. Sergey has previously held roles such as IWE engineer and welding coordinator, with significant contributions to pre-production duties and project management. Sergey also gained experience as a welding technologist at Ilmarine AS, where responsibilities included creating welding procedures and specifications for clients such as METSO and ANDRITZ. Prior positions include welding coordinator at Bestnet AS, quality engineer and production manager at SGA Production, foreman-technologist at Loksa Laevatehase AS, and various roles at BLRT Grupp. Sergey holds a Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Robotics from TalTech, along with certifications as an International Welding Inspector.
