Aleks Tomczyk

Aleks Tomczyk is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the legal and financial technology sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Estatesearch and a Trustee at the Sailors' Children’s Society, Aleks has also held board positions with The Law Society of Scotland and FinTech Scotland. As the Founder and Managing Director of Exizent, a LegalTech/FinTech company, Aleks successfully led its growth to a trade sale exit in 2025. Previous roles include strategic leadership at Arum, where Aleks was the Founder and Chief Executive, and a Director at Sonactom, providing advisory services to tech-led businesses. Aleks holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh and a Diploma in Management from the University of Reading.
