Anna Chistova has been working in the Human Resources field since 2016. Anna started their career at FERICO Belarus as a Sales Manager. In 2019, they moved to Ester Digital where they held the roles of HR Manager and Recruiter / Personal Competency Assessment. Later that year, they joined \u0410\u043a\u0430\u0434\u0435\u043c\u0438\u044f BELHARD as an HR Manager and Career Manager.

Anna Chistova attended BIP - University of Law and Social Information Technology from 2013 to 2018, where they studied Psychology. In 2019, they obtained a certification in IT-HR. "IT-HR. Начальный уровень" from Академия BELHARD. In 2020, they obtained two additional certifications from Академия BELHARD: "Полный практический курс интернет-маркетинга" and "IT-HR. Профессиональный уровень".
