Markus Ernst

Markus Ernst has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 1998 as an Executive Chef at Reederei Peter Deilmann GmbH. Markus then worked at Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences, where they held multiple roles, including General Manager, Resident Manager, F&B Manager, and Executive Chef.
