Jay Solivan is currently an Engineering Technical Lead at Esterline, where they continue to lead projects following the acquisition of Barco. From 1996 to 2016, Jay served as a Production Supervisor III at Barco, managing continuous improvement projects across multiple departments. Prior to that, Jay gained experience as an Electronic Repair Technician and in various customer service roles. Jay's educational background includes current studies in Computer Programming through MIT Online and a diploma in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology, complemented by a degree in Economics from UCF College of Business.
