Chara Pappa

Chara Pappa is the Head of Engineering Department at Estia Developments. In the past, Chara has worked as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager in various companies, including IPTO and A31 Architecture & Construction. Chara is also an author of an English grammar book and has a Ph.D. in Reinforced Concrete Design Optimization.
