Aggela Nerouppos has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2015 as a Marketing Administrator and Executive Secretary at the RMIT Business Student Association. Aggela then worked as a Teachers Aide and Prep Teacher at the Transfiguration of Our Lord Greek School from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they also began working as a Customer Service Representative and Assistant Manager at Australian Geographic | The Co-op. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Receptionist at Flow Counselling & Consulting Service Pty Ltd and as an Organisational Psychology Intern at Psych Press. In 2020, they were employed as a Student Experience Officer and later as an Administrative Assistant (Finance) at LCI Melbourne. Currently, they are working as a Customer Experience Consultant at EstimateOne starting in 2022.

Aggela Nerouppos completed their education chronologically as follows: from 2007 to 2012, they attended Presbyterian Ladies' College, where they obtained their high school diploma with a focus on the International Baccalaureate program. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Management at RMIT University. Finally, in 2017 and 2018, Aggela enrolled in the University of Melbourne, where they earned a Graduate Diploma in Psychology.
