Eric Bates has over two decades of experience in the construction and management sector, currently serving as Estimating Manager and Builder at Estridge Homes since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Estimator and Project Manager at Bowman Construction Company, Inc. from May 2020 to January 2021, and various management positions at Kleenco Maintenance & Construction, including Licence Compliance Manager and Senior Operations Manager from December 2012 to January 2021. Eric was also a Co-Owner at North Madison Graphics from May 2012 to August 2020 and held multiple positions, including Field Manager and Area Purchasing Agent, at PulteGroup from May 2001 to September 2012. Eric Bates earned a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University between 1996 and 2001.
