Founded in 2013 by Irene García and Daniel Lozano, still architecture students at the time, ESTUDIO ALBAR embodies a commitment to personalized project development tailored to each client, space, and location. Our architecture is simple, devoid of artifice, and intricately focused on human needs while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Our journey has seen us navigate through diverse projects including residential, hospitality, restaurant, renovations, small-scale furniture design, and large industrial warehouses. However, since 2019, we have honed our focus exclusively on single-family homes, energy efficiency, and industrialized timber construction using healthy, natural materials.

We find our true passion in crafting unique single-family homes, meticulously tailored to meet the distinct needs of every family we serve. At ESTUDIO ALBAR, we love what we do, continually evolving, learning, and innovating with each project.

Our approach to work stems from meaningful conversations with our clients, where we delve into their aspirations and concerns, listening not only to what is said but also to what is unsaid. This allows us to develop proposals rooted in simplicity and clarity, offering a holistic experience while addressing challenges across all scales.

Join us on our journey as we continue to redefine architecture, one personalized project at a time.
