Christopher Coulson

Christopher Coulson has had a diverse work experience. Christopher started their career as a Technology and Innovation Consultant at PA Consulting Group, where they focused on project delivery, management, and business growth. Their work in business growth led to the creation of a Data Science team.

Christopher then joined hipages Group as a Data Scientist, where they worked on uplifting and deploying machine learning capabilities. Christopher was later promoted to Senior Data Scientist and then became the Engineering Manager for the Data Platform and Data Products team, where they oversaw data engineering, data science, and the development of the data platform.

After their tenure at hipages, Christopher took a sabbatical to travel in Australia, followed by their current role as the Lead Data Scientist at esure Group.

Christopher Coulson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Bath from 2003 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nanophotonics at the University of Cambridge, completing their studies from 2008 to 2013.
