Christopher E. is an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in enhancing customer experiences across various industries. Currently at esure Group since April 2022, Christopher has redesigned sales journeys and collaborated on a comprehensive design system. Prior to this, Christopher worked at Doctor Care Anywhere, where key features such as a B2C sign-up journey and a multi-factor authentication solution were designed and launched. Christopher’s tenure at IKEA Group spanned nearly a decade, serving in multiple capacities as a UX Designer and Digital Architect, focusing on customer support and digital transformation. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Swansea University, complemented by A-levels in Maths from Barry Comprehensive School.
