John Churcher

John Churcher is an experienced Repairer Relationship Manager currently working at esure Insurance since March 2005, with additional part-time consultancy work since March 2017. In this role, John is responsible for managing repair services, liaising with repairers, resolving customer complaints, and enhancing CRM systems. Prior to this, John served as a Project Manager at RTC Consultancy from June 1995 to March 2005, where responsibilities included providing consultancy advice, developing training programs, and conducting audits for bodyshops. John began a career in project management at Glass's Information Services from January 1992 to June 1995. John holds an HNC in Business Information Systems from Greenwich University.
