Mark H. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and significant budgets across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at esure Group since January 2024, Mark previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at LexisNexis UK from November 2015 to January 2024, where leadership included technical operations across Europe and integration of key acquisitions. Earlier roles included CIO at SmartDebit, Director of Technology for Markit Securities Finance in Asia Pacific, and Director of Development at Riskaware, a company focused on niche software solutions. Mark has also contributed to academia as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham and holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligent Control Systems from the same institution, along with a BEng in Mineral Engineering from the University of Exeter.
