Currently serving as the Head of Motor Underwriting at esure Group since July 2022, Rob has previously held significant roles such as Head of Standard Motor at Ageas UK and Head of Bespoke Motor at ERS. With a proven track record in leading diverse underwriting teams, Rob specializes in developing structured processes that enhance decision-making and service levels.
