Ru Butler

Ru Butler is an accomplished professional in customer experience and design with extensive expertise in UX and service design. Currently serving as the Customer Experience and Design Lead at esure Group since March 2021, Ru leads service design and research for a major UK insurer. Previous roles include positions at Redweb, where Ru worked as UX and Service Design Lead and Director of User Experience, contributing to tailored digital services for prominent brands.
