Steven Morrison

Steven Morrison possesses extensive experience in the field of technical claims, currently serving as the Head of Technical Claims at esure since May 2006. In this role, Steven provides high-quality leadership and expertise across all areas of claims, specifically directing the Catastrophic/Complex Claims and Liability Property Claims Units to achieve significant loss ratio control. Prior to this, Steven held positions at Direct Line Group as a Senior Multi-Track Technician, managing high-value personal injury claims, and at Endsleigh Insurance as a Claims Handler, where responsibilities included handling various Personal Lines Motor Claims. Educational background includes attendance at Haslingden High School from 1988 to 1995.
