Justin Garver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pre-construction, operations, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Pre-construction at esVolta, LP since April 2024, Justin previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at FlexGen®, where leadership encompassed project execution for over 5 GWh across 80 sites. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Black & Veatch from 2007 to 2021, where roles ranged from Project Manager focusing on a large-scale solar program to serving as Internal Process Improvement Leader and Proposal Manager. Justin's foundation in chemical engineering was established with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
