Ben Smith, PMP, serves as Operations Manager for ESW IT Business Advisors, leading the IT Management Consulting Practice and providing project management services to small and medium-sized businesses across Western Canada and the United States. With extensive experience in IT management consulting, Ben has held various leadership roles, including President of I Cubed Innovations Inc., where responsibilities included coaching leaders and teams to enhance operational capabilities. Previous positions encompass Manager of IT Field Services and Service Desk at Graham, as well as CRM Project Manager for the United Way Business Transformation Coalition. Ben's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Urban & Regional Planning from Ryerson University and numerous certifications in coaching and project management.
