Wade Ball

Wade Ball's work experience includes being the Director of Sales at ESW I.T. Business Advisors since August 2023, and the Regional Director for Vancouver since February 2023. Previously, they worked as a Principal Consultant at B13 Strategy - Quadrant2 Technologies starting in January 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Digital Solutions at Innov8 Digital Solutions from July 2022 to February 2023. Wade also has experience as the Director of National Sales IT Services at Ricoh Canada Inc. from April 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of BC Operations at Graycon Group from March 2011 to April 2019. Wade's earlier experience includes working as the VP of Services at Voda Computer Systems from April 2003 to March 2011.

Wade Ball attended Thompson Rivers University - formerly University College of the Cariboo from 1988 to 1993, studying Computer Science and Mathematics. Wade has also obtained several certifications in coaching and development, emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, and leadership from LinkedIn in 2019 and 2020.
