Nick Cranney

Nick Cranney has a diverse range of work experience, starting from 1993 as a Support Desk intern at IAEA. Nick then worked as an Application Programmer at JBA Software Products, followed by a role as a Technical Consultant at JBA Ireland Ltd. In 1998, they joined Geac as a Senior Analyst/Programmer. From 2004 to 2005, they were a Team Lead/VB Programmer at Steria Ltd., working on web and desktop applications. Nick then worked as an Application Development Manager at Agility, where they managed global web application development. In 2007, they joined Celestica as a Global IT Director, responsible for IT strategy and development. In 2009, they became the Director of Puredrop. Currently, Nick is the Head of Product - Global Logistics & Returns at ESW.

Nick Cranney attended Abbey Grammar CBS from 1984 to 1991, but did not receive a degree or pursue any specific field of study during that time. From 1991 to 1995, they studied at Queen's University Belfast and earned a BSc. in Information and Communication Technology, specializing in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, and Electronic Engineering. In 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
