Karl Eckhart

Karl Eckhart is the Vice President of State and Local Government Affairs at the National Association of Home Builders, where they leverage a robust background in legislative, political, and grassroots initiatives. Previously, Karl served as Political Director at both the National Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Realtors, focusing on electing and educating legislators to strengthen the real estate market. Their career also includes experience as a Political Consultant and Scheduler for U.S. Senator Tom Harkin. Karl is the author of "Fifty Percent + One: the fundamentals of running a successful campaign." They obtained their education at George Mason University.
