Ken Wingert

Ken Wingert is the Chief Advocacy Officer at the National Association of Home Builders, where they lead various advocacy departments, including Federal and State Government Affairs. Previously, they served as Head of Federal Government Relations at Zillow, establishing the company’s Washington, DC office and developing strategies to advance its goals. Wingert has extensive experience in legislative advocacy from their roles at the National Association of REALTORS® as a Senior Legislative Representative and Regional Political Manager at Associated Builders & Contractors. They hold a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of Iowa.
