Lauren Games

Lauren Games, MPIA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Membership Marketing at the National Association of Home Builders, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren spent eight years at DCI - District of Columbia International School, initially as Communications Associate and advancing to Director of Communications, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive strategies for communications and public affairs, managing media relations, and analyzing enrollment trends. Earlier experience includes a Civic Leader Fellowship at the City of Vienna, WV, focusing on marketing community resources and liaising with media. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies and Spanish from West Virginia University.
