Neil Burning is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management at Arizona State University. They served as the Vice President of Construction Codes & Standards at the National Association of Home Builders from 2012 to 2018, overseeing advocacy efforts related to residential construction codes and standards. Neil also held the position of Vice President of Technical Resources and Government Relations at the International Code Council from 2018 to 2022.
